Fit‑to‑Template & LocalizationLead Vietnam’s fit‑gap process and promote adoption of the global template.Escalate only essential regulatory or local operational requirements.3. Testing & Data Migration SupportCoordinate Vietnam involvement in global SIT and lead local UAT preparation and execution.Support Vietnam SMEs in meeting data migration requirements through multiple mock cycles.4. Cutover & Hypercare ReadinessPrepare Vietnam’s cutover tasks, downtime communication, and operational readiness.Facilitate effective hyper care support between global teams and Vietnam end users.5.
