Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesTeam lead overseeing 3-4 team members in a shared geography.Achieve hiring goals for assigned territory.Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Crafting and sending recruiting emails.Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)Develop talent pipelines for hiring needs.Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.Promote our employer brand online and offline.Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Requirements and SkillsPartner with stakeholders to find and hire hourly talent for openings.Responsible for posting open positions as needed according to Recruiter specifications, including internally through the HR System, WorkDay and to job posting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc).Source candidates proactively through networks, job boards, internal databases, and community organizationsArrange candidate phone screens according to candidate and interviewer availability.Coordinate on-site candidate interviews.Ensure that candidates have seamless, positive on-site experience.SkillsProven work experience in recruitment or similar roleHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)Solid verbal and written communication skillsAbility to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidatesEffective time-management abilities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
