The role combines project engineering and maintenance, supporting customer installations, technical projects, and ongoing services in compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.Key Responsibilities:Engineering support for customer projects (site surveys, design, cost estimates, execution)Coordination of project execution, commissioning, and customer acceptanceMaintenance planning, supervision, and cost controlTechnical troubleshooting and on‑site supportCoordination with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customersCompliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or related fieldStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesProficiency in Russian and EnglishFamiliarity with IT tools and engineering documentationWork conditions and benefits packageCompetitive salary (upon agreement after interview) and job conditionsSalary is paid twice a month in Uzbekistan sumsAnnual performance bonusWork schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)The workplace is located in the office in Tashkent cityWhen relocating to Tashkent from another country/region a housing allowance is provided to an employee to rent an apartment (the allowance amount depends on the number of employee's family members)Assistance with relocation (managing all required migration documents and relocation of the employee and family members to the place of destination)Annual leave – 28 calendar daysLife and health insurance for employees (including medicines upon doctor’s assignment)Lunch allowance for office employeesSick leave bonus payment up to the full wage amountUnique experience of working in a global company and the opportunity to develop further in international projectsThank you in advance for your interest in Air Products!
