When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities.Reimagine What’s Possible Key Responsibilities1.HR Operations & Program AdministrationExecute daily HR processes including background checks, onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, allowances, employee assistance programs, and other HR activitiesManage statutory programs such as National Health Insurance, Labor Insurance, and Labor PensionProvide payroll‑related data including overtime, leave, allowances, and dependent informationAssist in ensuring HR compliance with corporate policies, local labor regulations, and statutory requirements,Maintain accurate, audit-ready HR records and ensure process adherence across HR activitie, suporting internal and external HR audits, including preparation of documentation, data verification, and follow-up on corrective actions.2. Employee & Manager SupportAct as the first‑line HR contact, responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and processesProvide accurate and timely HR guidance to employees and people managersEscalate complex cases to HR Partners or Centers of Expertise when needed3. HR Systems & Tools Utilize HR systems such as SmoothHR, Workday, HR Case Management Tool, and employee learning system.Support employees and managers in system navigation and issue resolution4. Reporting & DocumentationSupport compensation and benefits surveys and government‑required reportingPrepare knowledge documents including FAQs and policy summary.5.HR Projects & Process ImprovementAssist in HR initiatives, process enhancements, and continuous improvement activitiesProactively identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and elevate the employee experienceRepresent HR and help reinforce company values, culture, and core behaviors.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of HR Operations experienceStrong knowledge of Taiwan labor lawsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborate across teamsProficiency with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office SuiteHR certification is a plusGood command of spoken and written EnglishDemonstrated integrity, accountability, and ability to drive resultsFounded in 1940, Air Products is a world-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
