When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities.Reimagine What’s Possible PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES建立、維護並持續優化部門工安管理制度與作業流程研讀並落實 AP 工安規範，熟悉台灣職業安全衛生法及相關法規要求支援專案施工所需之工安監造、法定證照與相關安全管理作業執行施工現場安全稽查，提出改善建議並追蹤缺失改善閉環協助撰寫、更新或審查作業危害分析與風險評估資料（JSRQA）撰寫或審查特殊作業安全計畫，如吊掛、高空、侷限空間、開挖及能量隔離等作業辦理客戶廠區施工所需之入場申請作業，包括出入證、協議組織、防護計畫及工單申請等取得並維持 AP 工作安全許可證（SWP）開立資格，並於 AP 工區執行許可開立作業提供承攬商施工人員危害告知與安全教育訓練，協助取得 AP 長期工作證管理外聘與承攬商工安人員，並提供必要之工作支援、指導與訓練協調跨部門資源與支援需求，必要時主動尋求外部協助以確保施工安全與進度調查工安事件與虛驚事故，完成原因分析、報告撰寫及改善追蹤分析工安績效與相關數據，提出改善建議並持續提升部門安全管理成效執行主管交辦之其他相關事項Establish, maintain, and continuously improve departmental safety management systems and work processes.Study and implement Air Products safety standards, and maintain familiarity with Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health regulations and related legal requirements.Support project construction activities in safety supervision, statutory certification compliance, and related safety management operations.Conduct site safety inspections, provide improvement recommendations, and track corrective actions through closure.Assist in preparing, updating, and reviewing job safety reviews and risk assessment documentation (JSRQA).Prepare or review safety plans for high-risk work activities, including lifting, work at height, confined space entry, excavation, and energy isolation.Handle site access application processes required for work at customer facilities, including access badges, contractor coordination documentation, protection plans, and work permit applications.Obtain and maintain Air Products Safe Work Permit (SWP) qualifications and perform permit issuance activities within Air Products work areas.Provide hazard communication and safety training to contractor personnel, and support the application process for Air Products long-term work permits.Manage 3rd party and contractor’s safety personnel and provide necessary job support, guidance, and training.Coordinate cross-functional resources and support needs, and proactively seek external assistance when necessary to ensure safety and project execution.Investigate safety incidents and near misses, complete root cause analysis, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.Analyze safety performance and related data, provide improvement recommendations, and continuously enhance departmental safety management effectiveness.Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.JOB REQUIREMENTS大學相關科系畢業具備乙級職業安全衛生管理技術士證照，並具三年以上相關工作經驗具備專案工程推動與執行經驗具台積電、美光或其他高科技廠區工安管理實務經驗者佳具備良好溝通協調能力，能有效進行跨部門合作與現場問題處理具備表報製作與文書處理能力具備基本英文讀寫能力具備汽車駕照，並能配合部門需求辦理國內短期出差具高度安全意識與責任感，並認同工安零事故之管理目標Bachelor’s degree from a university or institute of technology in a related field.Holder of a Class B Occupational Safety and Health Management Technician certificate, with at least three years of relevant work experience.Experience in project engineering coordination and execution.Hands-on safety management experience in TSMC, Micron, or other high-tech manufacturing facilities is preferred.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and resolve on-site issues.Proficient in report preparation and general administrative documentation.Basic English reading and writing skills.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically for short-term assignments based on departmental needs.Strong safety mindset and sense of responsibility, with commitment to the goal of zero safety incidents.Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
