Monitor all the operating plants and keep them running well, if some plants trip, need quickly response and notice maintenance team and help to have all problems to be solved quickly, ensure the reliability of supply our production to customer.监控所有的操作设备并使其保持良好的运行，如果一些设备出现故障，需要快速响应并通知维修团队，帮助快速解决所有问题，确保可靠的向客户供应我们的产品。2.Execute leader’s direction and feedback the issues.执行领导的指示并反馈问题。3. Responsible for plants starts/shut down, troubleshooting and so on.负责工厂的启厂/停厂、故障处理等工作。4. Keep effective communications with logistics, customers, OSC team, maintenance team, DT team etc.与物流、客户、OSC团队、维修团队、储运团队等保持有效沟通。5. Implement performance management.实施绩效管理6. Implement new operator training and draft/update plant operating procedures.实施新操作员培训，起草/更新工厂操作程序。7. Be responsible for the plant equipment safety during all the process;在工艺中对全厂设备安全负责；8. Control and optimize the plants;控制和优化工厂9. Be responsible for the daily plants operation, ensure high efficiency and safety, including process control, productivity and parameter adjustment, timely notice of trailer filling, etc;负责工厂的日常运行，确保生产效率和安全，包括工艺控制、生产效率和参数调整、拖车装载及时通知等；10. Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, Maintenance team, commercial team etc ;与物流、客户、本地操作团队、维修团队、商务团队等紧密合作；11. Improve English skills, be able to read, speak, hear and write;提高英语水平，具备读、说、听和写的能力；12. Daily cleaning to maintain good housekeeping;日常清洁，保持良好的内务管理；JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求1. At least full-time college degree, chemical related majors are preferred至少全日制大专学历，化工相关专业优先考虑2. Good teamwork spirit, motivated and positive良好的团队协作精神，上进、积极3. Good at thinking and has willing to innovate善于思考，勇于创新4. At least 3 years of experience in gas industry至少3年气体行业从业经历5.
