The way we see it, every Alcoan is a work-shaper, team-shaper, idea-shaper & world-shaper.About the RoleWe are seeking experienced mechanical fitters and fabrication tradespeople to join our teams at the Pinjarra and Wagerup Refineries. In this hands-on role, you will maintain, repair and improve critical fixed plant equipment, helping to maximise safety, reliability and operational performance across our operations. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you will apply your trade expertise to planned maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repair activities.
