Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Vendor Program Consultant to join our Casualty Claims Vendor Management team. This role serves as a subject matter expert for vendor management processes and is responsible for overseeing vendor performance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience outcomes.As a key member of a growing and highly visible team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendor partners, procurement teams and business leaders to support the ongoing expansion and optimization of our casualty vendor program.
