Job DescriptionReporting to the Manager Claims Auto Field, the Field Claim Specialist Auto ensures we deliver on our promise to help restore our customers after they had a loss in a fast, fair and efficient manner. You will create damage repair estimates virtually through photos and/or video and negotiate supplements with repair facilities.Accountabilities:Reviewing damage photos & claim file loss details to validate damages are loss relatedCreate a loss damage estimate that accurately represents known damagesExplain the repair estimate to the client and negotiate a settlementExplain the rental processEnsure the delivery of individual results within appropriate metrics, including quality, quantity timeliness, productivity and customer satisfactionProvide on the job training and feedback for team members as requested by managerRecommend and implement changes and or enhancements to claim policies, Best Practices, procedures and continuous improvementSupport effective partnerships with agents and brokersEnsure compliance with overall ACG, and regulatory, legal and ethical policies and requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes Oxley, Privacy, Security and governance, to ensure adequate mitigation of risksAttend industry seminars relative to automotive repairProvide ongoing technical advice and guidance to Claim Assistants and Claim AdvisorsMake claim decisions that fall within the scope of the Claims Best Practice and within personal authority levelQualifications:Technical Diploma or equivalent training in auto body repairExperience in estimating vehicles using ADP or Mitchell systemsMinimum 1-3 years auto damage estimating experienceMust hold a valid Driver's LicenseWilling to enroll in CIP designationStrong customer service skillsExcellent organizational skillsExcellent negotiating skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter, the auto policy and auto repair proceduresProficient keyboard skills and computer literacy#LI-KT1SkillsAuto Body Repair, Automotive Body Repair, Automotive Repair, Communication, Customer Experience Management, Negotiation, Reporting, Time Management CompensationExpected compensation for this role ranges from $ 67,200.00 - 109,725.00 annually.   • Must hold a valid Driver's License (experience)
  • Willing to enroll in CIP designation (experience)
  • Strong customer service skills (experience)
  • Excellent organizational skills (experience)
  • Excellent negotiating skills (experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience)
  • Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter, the auto policy and auto repair procedures (experience)
  • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy (experience)
