Job Description In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive customer-focused and data-driven decisions across Operations. You will work at the intersection of analytics and business strategy—breaking down problems, identifying trends, and delivering clear recommendations that influence operational efficiency and performance. You’ll play a key role in a new and evolving space, supporting initiatives such as the launch and optimization of Allstate’s direct sales channels. By combining strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and technical expertise, you will help shape how data is used to guide decisions, improve customer experience, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
