Required Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques, or experience in similar environments (experience)
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives (experience)
• Bachelor's degree (degree)
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal (experience)
• Industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field (degree in equivalent in engineering)
• Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership (experience)
• Experience with data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL (experience)
• Master's degree or above in engineering, management, or technology, or Master's degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent (degree in above in engineering)
• Experience in operations management of fulfillment or distribution centers (experience)
• Experience managing training programs or teams across multiple sites or regions (experience)
• Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development (experience)
• Experience with project management (experience)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across ICQA functions, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology and data-driven analysis.
• Establish and maintain benchmarking standards, setting network-level goals and driving process sustainability and standardization across multiple sites.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to identify network-level opportunities, eliminate process variation, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Drive stakeholder development by building continuous improvement culture, and coaching site leadership on Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scoping, chartering, executing, and sustaining improvements with measurable business impact.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance gaps, develop actionable insights, and implement corrective actions.
• Support technology deployment and automation initiatives to improve operations efficiency, inventory accuracy, and reduce defects.
• Create and maintain standard work documentation, SOPs, and best practices for ICQA processes.
• Influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations and strategic program updates (WBR, MBR, QBR).
