Key job responsibilities We're hiring engineers to design cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems. What You'll Do: - You will partner with internal and external teams to develop standards and specifications for complex material handling systems. As the subject matter expert, you will guide design teams and stakeholders from concept through installation, commissioning, and launch. Key Responsibilities: - Own multiple standards and specifications simultaneously. - Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution solutions. - Serve as technical expert to design teams and stakeholders. - Ensure designs meet requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Verify successful installation, commissioning, and launch of systems. Required Qualifications

  • Experience in management of engineering design projects (experience)
  • Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software (experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent (degree in engineering or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience (experience, 3 years)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (degree in engineering)
  • Knowledge of concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making (experience)
  • Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems and high-speed manufacturing (experience)
  • Experience with design-in-safety (experience)
  • Experience with process design based on Lean Principles (experience)
