We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Learning Trainer to join our Amazon Australia Learning Team based out of our Kemps Creek Fulfilment Centre - the only Amazon Robotics site in Australia! In this role, you will manage and work with our workplace process trainers (known as ambassadors) to deliver high standards of training to our new and existing associate workforce. The successful candidate will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the Learning function and will be trained and required to work across warehouse processes such as picking or packing of customer shipments. Key job responsibilities · Develop, deliver and assess a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced associates · Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rosters · Lead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associates · Assist in evaluating and monitoring training efforts throughout the FC · Ability to learn processes quickly and become a subject matter expert in new processes · Complete understanding of the safety procedures in the FC to ensure that associates are operating safely and take immediate corrective action where necessary · Ensure compliance with audits and refresher/one point change training · Ensure area readiness and area organisation for all Learning areas and training locations to ensure they are prepared to support all training activities · Spend time in a process path each week rotating through different areas within the warehouse to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriers and gaps in our training · Coach and positively impact associates to succeed in their roles
