Job Description
Join Amazon’s growing Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Ravenhall, VIC site. As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team of up to 6 Technicians (fitters and electricians). During each shift, you'll lead the team in executing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime. You'll maintain a strong focus on safety by monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies. Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments (experience)
- Experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance (experience)
- A full Engineering Apprenticeship qualified to a minimum of Certificate III or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject formally recognised in Australia including valid licence when required (i.e. unrestricted electrical licence) (experience)
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory or lead maintenance role within a warehouse, manufacturing, automation, or logistics environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of programmable logic controls (PLC) programming (experience)
- Experience of multi-contractor management (experience)
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements (experience)
