Job Description

As a Sub Same Day [SSD] Operations Engineer, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects. You are a customer-obsessed leader who will play an integral part in the planning and execution of facility infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions and program initiatives. Project management and internal/external stakeholder management skills will be essential. Key job responsibilities - Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project. - Partner with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. - Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule. - Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks. - Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders. - Travel up to 80%. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (degree)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization (experience)

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams (experience)
- 3+ years of program or project management experience (experience, 3 years)
- Ability to travel up to 80% (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors (experience)
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing (experience)
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience (experience, 3 years)
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization (experience)
- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks (experience)
