Responsibilities

• Safety: Champion a culture of safety by conducting safety audits, ensuring compliance with all EHS standards, and escalating hazards or incidents immediately.
• People Leadership: Direct, coach, and develop a team of T1 Associates across the shift; deliver performance feedback, manage attendance, and support engagement initiatives.
• Operational Execution: Own floor execution of the stow process including receive-to-stow SLA adherence, bin utilisation, and stow quality).
• Performance Management: Monitor real-time KPIs (stow rate, units per hour, bin compliance) and take corrective action to meet plan targets.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve process barriers (e.g. bin full, system errors, ASIN restrictions, equipment downtime) using root cause analysis.
• Standard Work: Ensure Associates follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) including bin audits, hazmat segregation, and ICQA compliance.
• Communication: Deliver clear written and verbal communication; relay critical updates from AM/Ops and escalate issues through the appropriate channels.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify waste in the stow process and contribute to kaizen/CI initiatives to improve throughput, quality, or safety outcomes.
