Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience (experience, 10 years)
• Experience in a studio, production company or television network (experience)
• 7+ years of progressive technology implementation experience (experience, 7 years)
• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization (experience)
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship (experience)
• Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company (experience)
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) (experience)
• Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership (experience)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or degree in advanced technology (degree in business administration)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance (experience)
• 5+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of senior leadership experience (experience, 5 years)
• Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing (degree in above in management)
• 4+ years of program or project management experience, or a PMP certificate and 2+ years of program or project management experience (experience, 4 years)
• 3+ years of entertainment deal making, representing or working for a major scripted production company, studio, network, record label, or music publisher experience (experience, 3 years)
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures (experience)
