The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail and a high level of flexibility and commitment. As a customer-obsessed fashion enthusiast, you will influence and build relationships with top brands to drive revenue, increase selection, and influence the broader Fashion strategic roadmap. You are deep on retail trends and understand how retail fits into the online ecosystem. Using your deep knowledge of retail and fashion and a solution-oriented mindset you will develop opportunities for Amazon within the Fashion vertical. You are an excellent oral and written communicator and you possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions. You are highly organized and have the ability to work closely and constructively cross-functional teams. You're particularly adept at developing strong, one-to-one relationships and possess a track record of successful negotiation.
