As a key member of Amazon Leo, you'll drive transformative technology solutions that connect unserved communities worldwide, turning ambitious technological visions into reality through strategic product management and innovative system design. Key job responsibilities - Own end to end product roadmap for initiatives and programs within the finance domains. Support SAP and non-SAP solution stack product roadmap. - Drive product discussion vision, goals, tenets, and monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders. - Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions. - Participate and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements using SAP S/4. - Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training, deployment and hyper care. - Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups. - Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned. - Demonstrate strong writing skills in creating business cases, solution narratives, and functional and technical documentation to support business requirements. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience (experience, 5 years)
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition (experience)
- Experience with end to end product delivery (experience)
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product (experience)
- Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. (experience)
