The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment and possess excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills. Key job responsibilities • Drive end-to-end product strategy and development, from identifying market opportunities through launch, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketplace compliance • Lead selection and catalog initiatives across categories, leveraging data analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve discovery, and optimize operations • Own technical solutions for inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain optimization; drive improvements in key operational metrics including speed, availability, and quality • Partner with business, tech, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive growth initiatives across the Amazon ecosystem • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, setting and tracking key performance metrics while balancing short-term business needs with long-term strategic objectives • Champion customer-centric innovation in product development and operations; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ML/AI solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment
