We are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that transform how GPCS operates. You will identify process inefficiencies, design and deliver scalable automation solutions, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, compliance, and customer experience — operating as a single-threaded owner from problem definition through production deployment. Key job responsibilities Program Management and Strategy - Own cross-functional programs end-to-end as a single-threaded owner, ensuring timely, successful delivery. - Develop program strategies and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, technical inputs, and business impact. - Navigate ambiguity with sound judgment, and identify and mitigate risks before they escalate. Process Improvement and Innovation - Lead process transformation — replacing manual workflows with scalable, automated solutions. - Partner with procurement technology teams to drive innovation and automation across operations. - Design solutions that scale across business models, regions, and regulatory environments. Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership - Build relationships with internal customers, cross-functional teams, and external partners. - Run effective meetings, drive alignment, and keep senior leaders informed on progress and strategy. - Serve as subject-matter expert for the programs you own. Data-Driven Insights and Reporting - Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and drive decisions. - Build and oversee KPI reporting for clear visibility into milestones, performance, and impact. - Define measures of success for each program and ensure data integrity. Compliance and Operational Excellence - Drive compliance with Amazon's global spend policy and procurement procedures. - Develop process documentation and drive best-practice adoption across regional teams.
