A day in the life Your typical day involves a mix of planning and tactical execution. You'll begin with coordination meetings across various stakeholders to align on priorities and address emerging challenges. Throughout the day, you'll spend time refining roadmap strategies, documenting detailed requirements for new technology implementations, and identifying potential risks or dependencies that could impact delivery timelines. You'll collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly translated into viable solutions, while continuously evaluating progress against established metrics. About the team The ROC Tech&OI Team serves as a critical bridge between the Middle Mile Product Teams and ROC Operations teams, ensuring that feature development aligns perfectly with customer needs and operational priorities at a global scale. Our mission is to support all ROC Teams on the Disruption Management platform and integrate operations with DM and Relay technology.
