As Launch Planning Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end delivery station (DS) launch planning process. Your role is crucial in expanding our delivery network through strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder alignment. Key job responsibilities Strategic Planning • Lead DS site selection, design, and budget procurement • Manage multiple launch projects concurrently • Conduct ROI analysis for strategic investment decisions • Optimize DS performance throughout the entire lifecycle Process Optimization and Standardization • Develop and implement standardized processes • Set new efficiency benchmarks for the launch planning process • Collaborate with global teams to share insights Stakeholder Management and Communication • Serve as primary POC on projects, facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders • Manage project timelines and provide regular updates to leadership • Navigate regulatory requirements and foster local partnerships About the team Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is a division responsible for managing Amazon's last-mile delivery and providing high-quality, attractive delivery services to customers.
