Within Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), the Experience (AUTA-X) team provides a best-in-class internship experience (onboarding, early career development, and offboarding) to engage and retain top diverse talent. AUTA-X is seeking a Program Manager to support the global Programming and Development workstream, with a focus on the creation and delivery of specialized programming for one or more key populations (for example, SDE, PhD Science). This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our high touch programming agenda, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives. The position will leverage tools, analytics, and communications to improve the education, engagement, and experience of field and corporate interns. Key Responsibilities • Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming tracks, aligned to AUTA OP1 priorities • Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals • Partnership with a other Program Managers to force multiple specialized programming innovations • Work closely with key partners including AWS Tech U, AWS Skills Center and line of business leaders to deliver best in class technical skills programming • Design, deliver and support live events as part of AUTAX’s global calendar of events • Lead escalation deep dives through to resolution for specialized intern, manager and mentor populations • Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution • Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2’s, QBRs and lesson learn documents A day in the life This role requires ability to work across multiple time zones, including AMER, EMEA, APJC, and LATAM which may result in starting your day earlier or ending your working day later on a regular occurrence to support the global team.
