Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • You will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and performance • You will ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures during maintenance activities across your region • You will design and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs across your region that enhance operational efficiency, as well as manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards • You will monitor Material Handling Equipment (MHE) metrics and partner with applicable teams to address system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations • You will travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance within your region A day in the life About the Role: As a Regional Area Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments in your region by leading dynamic maintenance teams that ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
