The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security team is seeking a Security Engineer to help protect and improve authentication and authorization across Amazon's Stores, Digital, and Other (SDO) organizations. In this role, you will: - Participate in architectural reviews and threat models for identity systems - Develop and support requirements for Amazon's IAM security initiatives - Improve access management infrastructure across a complex global environment - Provide authN/authZ design review and threat modeling services across the enterprise - Implement and maintain automated security audits for identity workflows - Collaborate with business teams on technologies such as FIDO2, Kerberos, Single Sign-On, and Passwordless Authentication We invest in deeply understanding the different ways Amazon does business to devise strategies that meaningfully improve security posture while enabling business productivity.
