Key job responsibilities Lead Security Operations and Partnership - Serve as the subject matter expert in security and loss prevention for all internal and external stakeholders - Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors - Drive security best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across operations - Provide incident response management, including workplace violence prevention and crisis management Investigation and Loss Prevention - Lead internal and external theft investigations, conducting interviews when necessary - Analyze data to identify loss patterns and implement strategic solutions - Develop and execute action plans to address security risks and reduce losses - Monitor and report key performance metrics to track program effectiveness Team Development and Training - Coach and train business partners to recognize and respond to security risks - Develop and deliver security awareness programs and clear escalation protocols Business Impact and Innovation - Create data-driven business cases for security improvements - Implement and manage security systems and processes - Drive continuous improvement in security operations and efficiency A day in the life Throughout a work day, you'll partner with various stakeholders - from operations managers to HR teams - ensuring security measures support smooth business operations.
