AMZL ORBIT PMO is looking for a highly proficient and motivated Senior Program Manager to drive operational plans, long-term strategy, high volume events planning (Peak / Prime Week) and PMO workstreams closely partnering with cross-functional teams. The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading strategic reviews such as OP1, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with senior leaders. The Senior Program Manager will establish the right framework for program management, to identify the critical path, drive accountability and identify bottlenecks. In this role, they will also work with business stakeholders and Business Intelligence Engineers in building metrics to better measure performance across AMZL, and additional NA Operations business units where applicable. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will be detail-oriented, strive for excellence, and will leverage core program management and business analytics skills alongside experience in communication to drive high impact programs for the business. As a member of North America AMZL Supply Chain org, you will have the opportunity to partner with peer business teams such as AMZL Network Operations, NACF Operations, NA ATS Operations, Last Mile Tech, alongside stakeholders from Finance, Safety, Fleet and ACES, amongst many others. This position will work in a highly strategic and analytical role. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible to write strategic documents and influence large groups of senior stakeholders.
