Amazon Global Logistics (GL) Linehaul is seeking a Shipper Performance Coach to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who use Amazon Inbound Transportation. You will evaluate network shipper defects and drive improvement through coaching and performance management. This role involves creating and implementing recommendations to help shippers enhance their performance as Amazon continues to innovate in transportation and logistics. Key job responsibilities - Monitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis - Address transportation disruptions and barriers in real-time - Identify root causes of transportation defects - Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers - Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers - Lead daily business review stand-up calls A day in the life As a Shipper Performance Coach, you will actively manage the performance of a portfolio of shippers. This involves closely monitoring their data, identifying areas for improvement, and working directly with them to implement solutions. You'll need to quickly adapt to changing conditions and find creative ways to overcome challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll interact with a wide range of stakeholders, teams, and partners daily.
