Developers use AppSync to bring together data from sources like Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and HTTP endpoints behind a single API endpoint, and to deliver real-time updates to connected clients through managed WebSocket subscriptions, without having to build and operate the underlying API infrastructure themselves. We're looking for engineers who can independently design and deliver features and components of AWS AppSync. As a Software Development Engineer, you'll own the design, implementation, testing, and operation of meaningful parts of the service, make sound technical decisions, and contribute to the team's architecture and best practices. You'll continuously identify areas of growth within the existing frameworks, tools and processes to develop further technical mechanisms that reduce waste and continuously improve. You'll collaborate with engineers throughout the company who are building the next big thing in cloud computing.
