Application deadline: Aug 31, 2026 The Region Reliability Tooling (RRT) team is a development team within AWS Utility Computing (UC) under US Region Services. The team builds and maintains tooling and automation that enables Region Reliability Operations to scale across US Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) regions, supporting top ADC priorities, contractual commitments, and operational excellence. The Region Reliability Tooling team is staffed by developers who focus on building, enhancing, and maintaining the tools and automation that power ADC Region Operations across multiple operational workflows. This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work. Salary

143,700 - 194,400 USD / yearly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional) (degree in csslp)
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience (experience, 2 years)
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language (experience)
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience (experience, 3 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (degree in computer science or equivalent)
