Job Description
AWS Transform for Windows team is responsible for building Agentic AI systems aimed at helping customers modernize applications they run on AWS and achieve cost savings, security, scalability, and resiliency. We build next-generation, agent-driven solutions that modernize enterprise workloads. This role focuses on building intelligent, interoperable multi-agent systems and leverage Gen AI to assess, optimize and modernize legacy windows workloads towards open-source platforms. This position within the AWS Transform team presents a unique and rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor within a fast-growing business and help shape the technology and product. A successful candidate will bring deep technical and software expertise, an ability to deliver 0->1 products, desire to have an industry wide impact and ability to work within a fast moving, startup environment in a large company to rapidly deliver services that have a broad business impact.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience (experience, 3 years)
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience (experience, 2 years)
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience (experience, 1 years)
- 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience (experience, 1 years)
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience (experience, 1 years)
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (degree in foreign equivalent in computer science)
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience (experience, 3 years)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (degree in computer science or equivalent)
