Lead AI native PODs for swift development and cultural transformation of teams. Drive technical excellence in mission-critical testing workflows that must deliver 99.99% reliability. Partner with product, business intelligence, developer relations and external 3P developers. Mentor and grow a team of 10+ talented engineers working on distributed systems at Amazon scale. Shape the technical roadmap for next-generation experiences on emerging Amazon devices. Solve complex challenges at the intersection of scale, security, compliance, and user experience.
