Amazon is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader for the S&OP organization within Brazil Supply Chain. This individual will shape how Amazon fulfills products from our own operations and Selling Partners — at the fastest speed, highest reliability, and lowest cost — by translating demand signals, operational constraints, and business ambiguity into decisive action. This is not a role for someone who waits for perfect information. The S&OP Senior Leader operates with ambiguity, where the problem, opportunity, and strategy may not be defined, using expertise and judgment to determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions that scale Brazil's fulfillment network through its next phase of growth. Key job responsibilities - Lead the S&OP tactical planning for Brazil fulfillment (13 week horizon), defining how demand signals translate into operational and financial commitments across the network - Drive cross-functional alignment between FCs, Retail, FBA, and Finance on demand-supply-capacity trade-offs - Make trade-off decisions with incomplete data, leveraging structured frameworks to manage risk without waiting for certainty - Deep-dive into performance data to surface root causes, quantify gaps, and build plans that reduce forecast deviation at scale - Design robust, repeatable processes that improve forecast accuracy while minimizing cost and maximizing productivity - Identify automation opportunities and implement tooling that removes manual bottlenecks — force multiplying through mechanisms rather than individual effort - Make existing processes scalable by designing tools and mechanisms ahead of business growth - Operate as a trusted planning partner to Ops, Retail, and Finance leadership — translating insights into narratives that drive action - Navigate organizational ambiguity — building alignment where goals conflict and driving clarity where none exists

Required Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements (experience)
- Experience leading process improvements (experience)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. (experience)
- MBA, or Master's degree (degree in master)
- Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field (degree in supply chain management)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English (experience)
- Experience in supply chain (experience)
- supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in standard machine-learning and statistical modeling tools and techniques (e.g. random forests, gradient-boosted regression, LASSO, logistic regression) (experience)
