Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field and seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) direct management experience, including managing a salaried workforce in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment; 2) experience working with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques; and 3) experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination. Domestic travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
