We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own many of our hardest problems, translating customer and business needs into workable technology solutions, and provide technical leadership across the entire engineering life cycle. Key job responsibilities - Own customer-facing product initiatives end to end across mobile app, mobile web, and desktop: define the technical features and integration points, then partner with engineering, product management, and design to build and deliver them. - Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules. - Navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing needs, and deliver measurable results in an agile environment. - Work with and influence senior-level stakeholders, and communicate program health, risk, and progress clearly.
