The Last Mile Delivery team is looking for a highly analytical and data-oriented supply chain Manager that can perform complex network analytics to improve network design and drive network optimization efforts. Amazon Last Mile Delivery is an organization that executes delivery of small parcel and packages across the Urban and Rural parts of North America. We constantly innovate for our customers and continuously optimize our supply chain to enhance the customer experience in communities we serve. The Supply Chain Manager role will be diving deep into data while simultaneously thinking big, building long-term strategic designs that optimize for cost, coverage, speed, and, most importantly, Customer experience. The candidate will communicate these designs and strategic visions to leadership across retail, transportation operations, technology teams, and senior leadership. Leader: Lead teams to consistently deliver valuable projects. Doer: Deliver end-to-end operations projects, working through the many obstacles along the way. Communicator: Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary. Problem Solver: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges. Results driven: Take stretch goals and wow the internal and external customers with exceptional outcomes. Key job responsibilities Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges, • Define & analyze plans in last mile network for North America • Provide insight into optimized delivery network structure and collaborates with stakeholders for timely implementations. • Provide connections and attainment guidance based on last mile viability to stratify selected Metropolitan Service Areas (MSA) for launch in topology planning. • Proactively seek out network optimization improvements, building stakeholder buy-in and alignment from upstream and downstream partners. • Influence external teams to align with North America last mile program goals and capabilities, to deliver optimal last mile. • Ideate and unleash all potential solutions including tech for last mile delivery and prioritize those implementations to optimize for quality, speed, and cost to drive network efficiencies. • Lead and solve complex issues with various stakeholders and further coordinate with tech/product teams to enable tech/product enhancements. • Travel domestically up to 25%. About the team Amazon Last Mile Delivery is building a delivery strategy for both Urban and Rural areas in US. This role will help define Network Planning approaches to effectively provide these services.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience (experience, 2 years)
  • Bachelor's degree (degree)
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL (experience)
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience (experience, 3 years)
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience (experience, 3 years)
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization (experience)
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules (experience)
