Role Overview As a Supply Chain Manager, you will own end-to-end supplier management — from relationship development and performance governance to capacity planning and risk mitigation — ensuring our hardware supply chain scales with Amazon's global operations. Midday focuses on cross-functional coordination with hardware engineering, product management, and planning teams on roadmaps, forecasts, and cost reviews. Afternoons are dedicated to updating supplier scorecards, analyzing performance trends, identifying automation opportunities, and documenting standardized workflows. The day closes with preparing QBR materials, updating risk registers, and prioritizing next-day actions — all ensuring Amazon's global hardware supply chain scales efficiently and disruptions are minimized.
