Key job responsibilities - Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to collect, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications that drive software development and project delivery - Manage contractor teams working in Salesforce environments by setting clear expectations, tracking progress against milestones, and holding vendors accountable for quality deliverables - Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating communication between engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure projects move from design through successful deployment - Manage project schedules and priorities across multiple initiatives, proactively identifying risks, clearing blockers, and making trade-offs between time, quality, and resources to meet program goals - Create clear documentation and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle A day in the life Your day involves dynamic collaboration across teams.
