You will be responsible for the implementation of artwork management system, ESKO, into the existing Amgen eco-system with applications like VEEVA, SAP, EDF and integrations through Workato and Databricks while leveraging Tableau for analytics and reporting purposes. By collaborating across different Business and DTI teams you will support the development of a vision for how technology can be leveraged to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure to improve the ROI of investments made. As a successful System Analyst, you will lead the overall operation of development, maintenance, and support of the required IS services and you will develop strong domain knowledge in the assigned area. Manage a suite of custom internal platforms, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and systems integrations.The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and a technical background in the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry. Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a product roadmap that clearly outlines the planned features and enhancements, timelines, and milestonesCollaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations.Partner and ensure alignment of the Amgen India DTI site leadership and follow global standards and practices.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Identify and manage risks associated with the systems, including technological risks, scientific validation, and user acceptanceEnsure operational excellence, cybersecurity and compliance.Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes in solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations to ensure comprehensive understanding and facilitate knowledge transferCollaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locationsBe a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholdersPartner with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Technical User Stories, Partners with Product Owner to identify and prioritize enabler workBasic Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master’s degree2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related fieldFunctional Skills:Must-Have Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges in manufacturing with technologyUnderstanding of manufacturing technologies, systems, data and integrations.Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional teamAn ongoing commitment to learning and staying at the forefront of technology, digital and AI advancements.Experience creating impactful slide decks and communicating dataKnowledge of sprint-based planning and estimations required for implementationAgile and SAFe practicesGood-to-Have Skills:Health Cloud and Lifesciences Cloud hands on experienceExperience with stakeholder management, managing a team, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and driving the successful delivery of technical projectsFamiliarity with databases and analytics platforms such as Databricks and related programming languages like SQL, Python.Ability to drive projects/company initiatives using Agile methodologyProfessional Certifications:Any relevant industry certifications like AWS, AZURE, GCP Cloud, AI/ML will be desiredSoft Skills:Excellent leadership and team management skills.
