Support Patient Data OperationsAssist in gathering and documenting requirements for onboarding new PSP and SP data sourcesSupport the setup, validation, and processing of incoming patient data feeds under supervisionPerform routine data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of dataHelp identify and escalate data anomalies or process issues to senior team members for resolutionWork with vendors and internal teams to track data delivery timelines and maintain issue logsMaintain documentation for data processes, checks, and issue management2. Ensure Compliance and Data GovernanceFollow Amgen’s privacy, security, and compliance guidelines for handling patient-level dataSupport data access and approval workflows by maintaining logs and ensuring accurate recordkeepingAssist in implementing data governance processes to ensure traceability and secure access to sensitive datasetsContribute to internal reviews or audits by providing required data documentation3.
