In this vital role you will: Exposure to any of the following technical areas: Integration/ETL/Informatica, CSharp, Planisware, Tableau, Cognos, Mulesoft, Sharepoint, Desktop Installation, One Trust, Dynatrace, Cloud Computing (AWS/ Microsoft Azure/GCP), Python, DevOps, Java, .NET, SalesforceExperience in reading/understanding Quick Reference Guides or Knowledgebase Documents (QRGs and KBs) and knowledge articles regarding application support and maintenanceFamiliar with Agile principles and processesLeverage best practices, disciplined approaches, and standards to solving technical problems.Perform application monitoring, debug, optimization, and refinement.Apply standard methodologies and experience to build, develop and customize applicationsConduct software preventative maintenance (SRT testing), patching, and upgrades where requiredRespond to adhoc application service and reporting requestsManage Incident response and resolutionWork in a fast-paced changing environment, under pressure, balancing multiple assignments simultaneouslyWINWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOUWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
