Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will answer and triage incoming inquiries to Amgen Medical Information.Provides medical information responses for routine inquiries with high quality customer service and documents according to internal guidelinesIdentifies and reports adverse events and product complaints within one business dayProcesses medical information requests (e.g. fulfillment) via email, fax, and postal mail as per internal guidelinesProvides after-hours on call support as needed via department cell phone, this will rotate amongst the teamSupports Medical Information Product Champions with literature searches and complex inquiriesMaintains knowledge of policies and procedures including product knowledge, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements.Performs other duties as assignedWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
