Career CategoryInformation SystemsJob DescriptionLiveWhat you will doProcess Intelligence is a data-driven approach to creating process transparency by using advanced process analysis capabilities to uncover how end-to-end processes are actually executed, highlighting gaps between expectation and reality.In this vital role you will be accountable for executing the Results Delivery Office (RDO) Process Intelligence strategy and supporting our enterprise transformation programs aligned with the company’s most critical initiatives.Roles & Responsibilities:Support initiatives to articulate the value proposition for deploying process intelligence (current-state understanding, automation/redesign opportunities, and value capture monitoring).Understand and map end-to-end business processes, underlying systems, and data; identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.Develop and maintain a knowledge repository of process insights derived from process mining and other process analysis tools; ensure appropriate process documentation and controls.Manage project work across multiple initiatives and process scopes; coordinate activities and information flow between process owners, analysts, IT, and RDO.Create visualization dashboards to present actionable insights and track key metrics, milestones, ROI and/or benefits.WinWhat we expect of youBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master's degree and 8 to 13 years of Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management experienceTechnical Skills:Must Have Skills:Strong process analysis and process improvement experience leading to measurable value realization.Data visualization experience using industry best practices (e.g. BPMN 2.0).Expertise in project management principles and documentationExperience utilizing AI to augment process understanding and the ability to identify AI-based solutions for business process opportunities.Good to Have Skills:Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA ERP; knowledge of system data flows.Experience in multi-site project models and client communicationBroad business process knowledge, including biopharmaceutical-specific processes.Soft Skills:Must Have Skills:Accountability and autonomy to prioritize workload, operate independently, and deliver high-quality outputs.Strong problem solving and decision making; able to tackle ambiguity, apply risk-appropriate decisions, and escalate timely.Effective communication; distil complex information and tailor messages to audience.Teamwork and influencing skills; build strong cross-functional relationships.Good to Have Skills:Comfortable working in a start-up or build environment as we expand into new areas within the company and deploy new capabilities.Continuous improvement mindset; nurture a culture of process transparency and performance improvement.ThriveWhat you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.In addition to the base salary, Amgen offers competitive and comprehensive Total Rewards Plans that are aligned with local industry standards.Apply nowfor a career that defies imaginationObjects in your future are closer than they appear.
