This role combines analytics expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management to improve workforce outcomes, optimize talent strategies, and enhance employee experience.Key Responsibilities1. Analytics Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the People Analytics roadmap aligned with HR and business prioritiesLead and mentor a team of analysts/data specialists (if applicable)Partner with HR leadership to identify high-impact analytics opportunities2. Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze workforce data (e.g., attrition, engagement, hiring, performance, DEI metrics)Build predictive and diagnostic models to identify trends and risksTranslate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations3. Reporting & VisualizationDesign and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similarEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR systemsAutomate recurring reporting processes4. Regulatory & Compliance ReportingBuilding automated compliance dashboardsMonitoring anomalies (e.g., pay equity gaps, overtime violations)Enabling predictive risk identificationImproving data quality and audit readiness5. Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leadersPresent insights in a clear, compelling way to non-technical stakeholdersInfluence decision-making using evidence-based recommendations6. Data Management & ToolsWork with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data warehousesPartner with IT/data engineering teams on data pipelines and integrationsEnsure compliance with data privacy and security regulations7. Advanced Analytics & InnovationApply statistical techniques and machine learning where relevantDrive experimentation (A/B testing) for HR initiativesStay updated with industry trends and best practices in People AnalyticsQualificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, Economics, or related fieldExperience10–13 years of experience in analytics, with at least 5-6 years in People/HR AnalyticsExperience managing end-to-end projects preferredExperienced in EEOC, BLS, CSRD, GDPR, and similar reporting.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Alteryx, Power Queries and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)Experience with Python/R is a plusExposure to Databricks is a plusExposure to Discovery Board and Prism is a PlusExposure to Visier is a PlusFamiliarity with HR systems (Workday, Sum total, Field Glass, Eighfold etc.)Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBusiness acumen and ability to connect data to outcomesExcellent communication and storytelling skillsStakeholder management and influencing abilityPreferred QualificationsExperience in large, matrixed or global organizationsKnowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, and experimentationExposure to workforce planning and talent strategyKey Success MetricsAdoption and impact of analytics insights on business decisionsImprovement in key HR metrics (attrition, hiring efficiency, engagement)Stakeholder satisfaction and engagementData quality and reporting efficiency.
