In this vital role, you will own the strategic direction and performance of key assets within the Cardiovascular Business Unit. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned marketer to join a high-performing team in a leading biotech company and contribute to the growth of a high-impact therapeutic area.This is an individual contributor role with strong cross-functional leadership and influence.Key responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.Own brand performance, including KPIs, budget management, and delivery of business results.Create compelling promotional campaigns, key messaging, programs, and tools to support commercial teams.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, regulatory, and compliance.Manage the end-to-end approval process for promotional materials through internal legal, regulatory, and medical review.Drive the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms to maximize HCP engagement and enhance brand reach.Integrate deep customer and patient insights into strategic planning and promotional execution to ensure relevance and differentiationPartner closely with key opinion leaders, global teams, and affiliates to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.Work closely with market access and pricing teams to ensure alignment between value proposition and payer needsCollaborate with sales training teams to develop and deliver impactful training programs for field force effectiveness.Design and execute market research plans to generate actionable insights.WINWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
