Come join our team and be a part of something new that we can be proud of!Roles & Responsibilities:Define and implement architectural principles and standards consistent with the industry, across Anaplan modelsLead model building activities, including build and validation of modules and calculations, security and workflow management, performance optimization etc.Work directly with Product Owner and SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rolloutCo-innovate with Amgen's Finance team by planning and managing Technology roadmapsFunction as a knowledge resource for less experienced team membersServe as lead for operational support in a DevOps model for the deployed Anaplan solutionsOwn and maintain SDLC documentation using Agile tools such as ConfluenceBasic Qualifications and Experience:Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 12 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience.Functional Skills:Must-Have Skills:Proven experience of implementing and managing multiple Anaplan Planning solutions. Experience in Scenario planning and AI/ML modeling a plus.Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (Preferred) or Master AnaplannerExperience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like Jira.Possesses strong learning agility and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail.Outstanding interpersonal skills and technical leadership, including a natural ability to breakdown and convey complex technical topics to diverse audiencesFoster a culture of innovation to evaluate and introduce new technologies that will allow business partners to meet their objectivesExperience with cloud ETL tools (e.g Databricks) and Tableau a plusGood-to-Have Skills:Strong solution design and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of technology, function, or platformExperience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutionsAbility to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutionsProfessional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):Anaplan Solutions Architect certificationMaster Anaplanner certification (preferred)Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)Soft Skills:Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated awareness of how to function in a team settingDemonstrated awareness of presentation skillsStrong transformation and change management experienceHigh degree of initiative and self-motivationAbility to manage multiple priorities successfully.Strong verbal and written communication skillsShift Information:This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule.
