Join us and transform the lives of patients while transforming your career.What you will do:Project management support - initiate program meetings, update trackers, monitor milestonesResponsible for managing day-to-day activities related to assigned biobank tasks and responsibilitiesResponsible for representation on study startup meetings to discuss protocol, ICF, and assent language requirementsParticipate in study planning discussions with applicable stakeholdersSupport process improvement projectsSupport revision of controlled documentsResponsible for supporting sample, data and consent transfers from various vendorsBasic Qualifications:Master’s degree & 5 years of related experience ORBachelor’s degree & 7 years of related experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience using electronic document management systems and principlesOutstanding attention to detail, including the ability to verify data/information, proofread, and reformat documentsStrong team player working across multiple sites and R&D functionsProficient in Microsoft office and online collaboration toolsSharp learning agility, problem solving, and multi-tasking skillsReliable contributor with the ability to work independentlyCore Competencies:Understanding and application of principles, concepts, theories and standards of professional fieldSpecialized knowledge within the informed consent field, biobank operations, and basic knowledge about laboratory information management systemsDrafting and interpreting clinical protocol and ICF languageKnowledge of related regulatory/industry considerations and compliance issuesWhat you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
