Through our capabilities and expertise, which include learning & development, knowledge management, and the Amgen Library, we orchestrate tailored learning experiences that drive personal and organizational growth, empowering our teams to deliver on Amgen’s mission to serve patients around the world.The AIN Learning Delivery Lead provides site leadership for Amgen R&D/OCMO’s Learning Delivery Center of Excellence in India. This role manages a team responsible for executing onboarding, logistics, content operations, and learning delivery activities that support R&D and OCMO functions globally. The Sr. Manager ensures delivery excellence, adherence to SLAs, and integration with global learning strategies defined by Learning Business Partners and Learning Professionals. This role drives standardization, automation, and operational efficiency through AI-enabled tools, preventing duplication of effort across functions.Responsibilities: Lead the AIN Learning Delivery team to execute onboarding, learning operations, content management, and reporting in alignment with global learning plansEstablish intake, governance, and SLA management processes to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across supported functionsManage resource planning, workload prioritization, and vendor engagement for AIN-based delivery activitiesPartner with global Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and Learning Architects (LAs) to align execution with strategic learning objectivesCoordinate with GxP Learning and Quality teams to ensure compliance requirements are met; delivery team supports execution, Quality retains validation ownershipImplement automation and AI tools for scheduling, reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve operational efficiencyMonitor KPIs (cycle time, cost per learner, time-to-proficiency) and drive continuous improvementManage site-level budget, capacity planning, and hiring; ensure follow-the-sun operational readinessAct as escalation point for learning delivery issues; resolve dependencies with global or cross-functional teamsFoster a culture of consistency, collaboration, and compliance to avoid fragmented or siloed delivery approachesWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The AIN Learning Delivery Lead we seek is an experienced, strategic-minded leader with these qualifications: In addition to meeting one of these educational requirements, you must have at least 12 years of experience directly managing people and/or leading teams, projects, or programs, preferably in learning and development, training, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Experience in regulated learning environmentsFamiliarity with AI-enabled learning operations or digital learning toolsLearning operations expertiseData-driven decision-making; experience managing KPIs and dashboardsPeople leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsKnowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong communication, governance, and stakeholder alignment skills.
