The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Reltio configuration, Lifecycle Actions (LCA), RIH, Python-based development, and API integrations, along with domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.Roles & Responsibilities:Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchiesConfigure and develop Lifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing and business workflowsDevelop Python based custom logic/services to support Reltio integrations and extensionsImplement and manage match/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden record creationBuild and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approachesWork with RIH(Reltio Integration Hub) and Databricks with Python script frameworks for data ingestion and data publishing.Configure and manage crosswalks, reference data, and group attributesDevelop and enforce data quality rules, validation, and enrichment processesCollaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams for seamless data consumptionSupport data governance and stewardship workflows, including DCR lifecycleEnsure data lineage, traceability, and compliance across MDM processesTroubleshoot and optimize performance of Reltio implementationsData published multiple downstream systems, need to coordinate with consuming systems for any issue.Functional Skills:Must-Have Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platformDeep expertise in Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling in ReltioStrong programming skills in Python (for custom logic, APIs, and integrations)Proficiency in SQL & PySpark (advanced querying, data validation, performance tuning)Good experience in Python for data processing and automationGood experience in JASON scripting for L3 changes.Strong experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architectureExpertise in:Match/Merge and survivorship rulesData modeling (entities, relationships, hierarchies)Crosswalks, reference data, and golden record conceptsExperience with batch and real-time data integration patternsHands-on experience with Unix/Linux environmentsStrong domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, including:HCP/HCO masteringAffiliationsProduct Master / Material MasterStrong hands-on experience in Databricks, performance tuning , SQL tuning Strong hands-on experience in Airflow and GitlabGood-to-Have Skills:Experience with PySpark, Databricks, Databricks workflow and large-scale data processingExperience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.)Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databasesExposure to GenAI / MCP/AI-driven data use casesExperience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)Education and Professional CertificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering preferred, other Engineering field is considered; Master’s degree and 3+ years' experience Or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ yearsAWS Certified Data Engineer preferredDatabricks Certificate preferredReltio MDM CertificationData Engineering / SQL CertificationsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication with technical and business stakeholdersAbility to work in global, cross-functional teamsStrong ownership and accountabilityPreferred ExperienceExperience in 2–3 end-to-end Reltio MDM implementationsExperience in regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environmentsExposure to large-scale MDM transformationsEQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENTAmgen is an Equal Opportunity employer and will consider you without regard to your race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided with reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
